#NYSFarmersbox Subscription

Eden Fresh Network sources products from all over NYS with an emphasis of sourcing locally, meaning within 65 miles of Downtown Syracuse. Throughout the summer and fall season, Syracuse and Central New York has a bounty of fresh vegetables grown and produced by many of the farmers in which we work with all year long. This year we would like to offer the best of the best with the farmers that we have been sourcing from all along. Welcome to the Eden Fresh Network, NYS Farmers box Program.

We have sourced locally all year long from a growing amount of farmers and local purveyors. We have been overwhelmingly pleased with the amount of food which is grown in our own backyard. To show appreciation and support of NYS Farmers, as well as help strengthen our food system here in Syracuse, we have put together a farm cooperative membership program for the summer and fall. We hope that you will join the Eden Fresh Network and help support those that grow the food for you.

What is the Eden Fresh Network?

The Eden Fresh Network is an aggregator and online marketplace of locally grown and produced food. We make it possible for farmers to work together to meet the growing demand for local, sustainable food in Syracuse and Central New York. Farmers benefit from the marketing, selling, packaging and delivering of their produce and prepared foods. Our marketplace brings fresh, healthy, locally grown and produced food to you, the buyer, in a cost-effective manner on a weekly basis.

Ordering from the Eden Fresh Network helps to build and support our community, and to preserve our precious agricultural land for future use.

#NYSFarmersbox Membership Program

Our  NYS Farmer Box is a box of 10 vegetables per week grown from a variety of farmers. We work with the different farmers to hand-pick the freshest, local ingredients grown on their farms and deliver to your doorstep. Membership to our NYS Farmers Box Program is a commitment to purchase and receive vegetables weekly from our network of farmers. Along with receiving fresh vegetables weekly, you will receive discounts to all on-farm events, cooking classes and any other Eden Fresh Network evens throughout 2021. Members will also have access to recipes and/or tutorials on different vegetables and dishes from our network of chefs and your delivery charges waived for the season.

Why Support the Eden Fresh Network?

We support a variety of farmers and local purveyors in our community and in New York State. By supporting us, you are in turn supporting the network of farmers, chefs and local businesses that want to grow and strengthen our food system. When we strengthen our food system, we are contributing to the growth of our community that surrounds us and in turn, it all benefits our health, our economy and our environment.

*****We work with and source from farmers and local purveyors to secure the best possible products each season. When working with so many farmers, we understand that each farm is in actuality a business that takes on inherent risk: uncooperative weather, faulty equipment, pest and plant disease issues and even farmer error that can make or break each farmer’s season. While we can’t foresee any problems with one or more farmers, we like to be able to work with all of them to make sure we, Eden Fresh Network, can support and deliver food weekly to each of our guests. By becoming a member to the NYS Farmers Box Program, you are agreeing to the risk that some farms listed may go through some of those hardships throughout the summer. Although it is not our intention to discontinue sourcing from those farms, hardships do happen and we will fulfill your vegetable needs with other NYS farms as we continue to navigate the summer and fall months.

We generally don’t offer refunds or cancellations; however we will consider exceptions based upon: major loss of income due to unexpected death or disaster, unexpected relocation and unresolved customer service issues. An administrative fee will be deducted from any refund issued. No Refunds issued after Aug 1 for Summer Share and November 1 for Fall Share.
